The standard of reason is a subjective test that asks whether a “reasonable person”, under similar conditions, should have known about the condition that led to the accident.<\/p>\n

An Important Note:<\/strong> Only one of the above must be true in order for a property owner to be liable for a slip and fall accident that occurs on their property.<\/p>\n
